Details

This development involves the repurposing of the Grade II-listed Old Marylebone Town Hall into a higher education facility for the London Business School.  Consisting of the Old Town Hall Building and Annexe connected by a new glazed atrium and entrance, the building will provide 12,000 sqm of higher education space.

I was responsible for the dynamic modelling of the building to size equipment and provide input to the BREEAM process in respect of energy and carbon emissions.  We also undertook bespoke thermal comfort analysis for the glazed atrium area, to ensure there is sufficient shading and natural airflow to keep the space thermally comfortable.
